Why This Matters

INT 0x10 AH=0x0E is the single most common instruction sequence in every 'hello world' boot sector on the OSDev wiki, precisely because it is the only text-output mechanism available before a filesystem or graphics driver exists. Real bootloaders like GRUB's legacy BIOS path and SYSLINUX still fall back to this exact interrupt to print boot menus on legacy BIOS firmware.
