Add Scope Analysis: Detect Variable Shadowing and Dead Code

Implement scope analysis with shadowing detection and dead code identification.

Requirements:

• Build nested scope structure (stack of symbol tables)
• Detect variable shadowing (inner variable hides outer)
• Report shadowing warnings with line numbers
• Detect unreachable code (dead code)
• Track block boundaries { }
• Test with nested blocks and shadowing
